The early fare in the Premier League on Saturday is an intriguing match-up between newly-promoted Sheffield United and early league leaders Liverpool. Both sides come into this match having earned three excellent away points in their last league games. The Blades picked up an impressive win at Goodison Park, and Liverpool hung on for the win at Stamford Bridge.

Liverpool come into this game having won their last 15 league games. It’s a remarkable record, and they’re only two short of all the all-time record held by Manchester City. Can that record come a cropper at Bramall Lane on Saturday lunchtime? I think not.

Whilst Sheffield United have caught pundits off guard with their performances so far this season, Chris Wilder’s men haven’t faced anything like this Liverpool machine as yet. It’s also worth bearing in mind that Liverpool haven’t lost to a non-Big Six side for the last 20 months.

Let’s be honest Liverpool are a fantastic team all over the pitch and the price of 21/20 with Coral for them to be winning at HT/FT is too good to turn down.

Where I do give Sheffield United some hope is in the Corners market. So far Sheffield United have had 38 corners in their six matches so far (averaging 6.33 per-game) – only three sides have had more corners in the league.(Liverpool, Man City and Leicester) .

Therefore, with Liverpool averaging 7.33 corners per=game, and with Sheffield United being the home side and the emphasis for them to attack, an Over 12.5 Corners bet in the match at 27/10 with Unibet looks great value.

Sheffield United will give a good account of themselves on Saturday lunchtime, but this Liverpool side is something else and with all key player’s rested in mid-week they will be firing on all cylinders to pick up another three points.
