My selection this week comes from the Scottish Premiership as Motherwell entertain Dundee on Saturday afternoon.
I’m chasing goals this weekend as I feel both sides early season form points me in that direction.
Dundee lost Kane Hemmings and Greg Stewart in the last few weeks but that hasn’t stopped the Dee being involved in some high scoring games – 6/7 fixtures so far have seen both sides score.
The visitors have kept just one clean sheet with five of their outings featuring Over 2.5 Goals winners. And Paul Hartley’s men have hit 20 goals in their opening seven league and cup matches.
Motherwell boast similar results with 7/8 games all going over the 2.5 mark, including all three league encounters.
Mark McGhee’s men should’ve gotten a point last weekend at Ibrox, especially after leading 1-0 at half-time but ‘Well appeared defensively vulnerable, as they have in recent weeks, conceding nine goals in their past three games.
The Over 2.5 Goals (21/20 BetBright) market is where I’m heading as I feel neither side can be trusted to back, and with both sides looking like having goals in them, it must be backed this weekend.
