Hamilton v Rangers | Sunday 24th February 2019, 12:15 | BT Sport
It’s Glasgow v Lanarkshire on Sunday with two interesting games taking place.
The whole Premiership card looks good this weekend but maybe not an easy round for punters.
Let’s start with the title chasers as Rangers travel to Hamilton in the lunchtime kick-off.
Steven Gerrard gave his side a blast when they were held 0-0 last week against St Johnstone and he got a reaction with a 5-0 rout of Kilmarnock in the Scottish Cup.
Alfredo Morelos scored four against 10-man Killie but is suspended for the trip to the Hope CBD Stadium so Gerrard is holding out for another hero and wishing for another favour from the officials.
Accies v Rangers games have been thrillers in recent seasons – 1-4, 3-5, 1-4 and 1-2 – so let’s hope both sides can keep true to that stat.
New Accies boss Brian Rice is promising an attacking style so there should be goals again and Over 2.5 Goals and Both Teams To Score is the call at 7/5 with William Hill.
Celtic v Motherwell | Sunday 24th February 2019, 15:00
Celtic return from Valencia to tackle a buoyant Motherwell side on a run of six league wins in a row.
It’s hardly believable but they’ve been inspired by young guns Jake Hastie and David Turnbull, who has scored some crackers in this run.
While Well are going for seven in a row Celtic are looking to stay on course for eight titles in a row and have won their previous six at home in this fixture, scoring 24 – and that shows the size of Well’s task.
Celtic have won all 13 home games in the Premiership this season, scoring 37 and conceding just four.
Five of the last six have gone Under 3.5 Goals – as have three of Well’s last four league trips to Celtic Park.
The Hoops could be leggy after playing 50 minutes with 10 men in Spain so take a home win and Under 3.5 Goals at 19/20 with Ladbrokes.
Forfar v Stenhousemuir | Saturday 23rd February 2019, 15:00
In League One Forfar let me down last week but I’m taking them to get back on track at home to bottom club Stenny.
Forfar, only behind second-placed Raith on goal difference, have won four on the spin at home while the Warriors have lost eight of 10 away games.
Back Forfar at 10/11 with Bet365.
