My selection comes from the Scottish Championship again this weekend and once more I’m following the form side in the division as St Mirren host Dumbarton in another relegation battle.
St Mirren ran out convincing winners last weekend as they thrashed Ayr 6-2; this weekend they can drag Dumbarton into the dog-fight as there’s only four points between the two sides even though Dumbarton sit in seventh.
Dumbarton’s form as been up and down but away from home is where the problems have mounted with the Pars winning just three of 15 road trips this term – the visitors are winless in their last five away days.
St Mirren (17/20 Marathon) continued their excellent form recently making it three wins in a row in the league and I expect them to make it four on the spin drag another side closer to them this weekend.
