Salford Red Devils returned to winning ways last weekend with a solid 30–12 victory at Huddersfield Giants. That win moved them up to eighth in the table, two points behind Friday night’s opponents Wakefield.

Confidence at visitors Trinity will be sky high after last weekend’s 24–20 conquering of league leaders St Helens and they will be hoping for another two points here to ensure the season is about them looking up the league rather than down.
