Premier League

None of the Top 5 managed a win this week so there’s little movement in the top half. Manchester United (8th) are now in profit for the first time this season after their 17/20 win over Liverpool.

Big respect to Burnley who jump up to 13th after a 9/2 victory over Southampton.

Championship

Brentford stay top of the Championship after a smart 13/10 win over Blackburn, but look out for Middlesbrough. Aitor Karanka’s side are now up to second after a 7/5 win over title rivals Derby.

The Rowett revolution continues to flourish at St Andrews and Birmingham now move into the top half of the P&L table after smashing Reading into tiny pieces at 6/4.

League One

It’s time to pay tribute to Bradford in League One. Phil Parkinson’s side saw off Chesterfield at odds of 13/5 to push them into the P&L Top 3 with a handsome figure of £70.30.

The bottom half of the table was shaken up by two humongous climbers. Firstly Yeovil leapt nine places from 21st to 12th after flattening Oldham at 4/1, and then Gillingham  got in the act with an eight-place climb up to 15th after winning at the same odds against Doncaster.

Leyton Orient stay bottom, and are now nursing a treble figure loss number.

League Two

Jim Bentley’s Morecambe side are back at the top of the League Two P&L standings after making mincemeat of Luton on Saturday at odds of 11/4. Wycombe drop to second despite an impressive 9/5 victory against Southend.

Accrington Stanley continue their rise up the P&L table after another win at hunky odds (16/5) on Saturday. Stanley are now up in 4th.

York return to the bottom of the standings after Tranmere won at 6/4 against Dagenham.

SPFL Premiership

Aberdeen have reached their highest position of the season (4th) after an impressive 7/4 win at Tannadice against Dundee United.

Big respect also to St Johnstone and Partick Thistle who enjoyed glorious odds-against wins to move up the P&L table to 6th and 8th respectively.

SFL Championship

The biggest winners in Scotland this weekend were Queen Of The South. They threw another grenade over Ibrox HQ by beating the Glasgow side at stunning odds of 11/2. Queens move up to 2nd.

For Rangers the worries continue. They slip to 6th and now have a loss figure of -£23.70.

SFL League One

Morton drop from No.1 to No.3 this weekend after failing to oblige at home to Brechin, Forfar return to the summit with sensational Stranraer up to 2nd after a superb 13/8 win at Peterhead.

Stirling Albion are now £87 adrift at the bottom of the League One standings. Sporting a figure of -£122 puts them bottom of the Scottish standings too.

SFL League Two

With the Top 3 all winning on Saturday, there was little shake-up at the top of the League Two picture.

Annan moved up a place to 8th after a 13/10 victory over East Fife at Galabank.

La Liga

Villarreal’s 5/1 win away at Atletico Madrid has propelled the Yellow Submarine into second place from 13th in the P&L standings but Celta remain on top of the tree by nearly £100 despite failing to win in four.

Malaga have climbed to a season-high position of third after another victory.

Bundesliga

With midweek games taking place in Germany the P&L table will be updated next week.

Serie A

With both Genoa and Udinese being beaten there was little change at the top of the table.

Verona were the big winners as their 16/5 success saw Hellas move into the top-half, ending a rotten run of results.

Ligue 1

There’s new leaders in France thanks to Guingamp’s stunning 7/1 success against PSG sent them nearly £40 clear of the pack.

France is the destination for a value bet – 12 clubs are in the green but PSG continue to struggle in the P&L table, down in 16th.
