THE Premier League continues on Sunday afternoon as Man City host Chelsea at the Etihad. Adam Goodwin (@agjournalism) shares his best bets.

Champions elect Manchester City take on a stuttering Chelsea side in a Super Sunday blockbuster.
City
When Manchester City smashed Arsenal 3-0 in the Carabao Cup final last Sunday, you couldn’t picture how it could get any better for Pep Guardiola’s side. But when they beat the Gunners by the same scoreline at the Emirates on Thursday, scoring three stunning goals in the process, it was perhaps City’s best performance to date. Leroy Sane, in particular, was on fire and the German international could cause the Chelsea defence some serious problems this weekend.
City have played three of the rest of the top six at home so far this season, scoring 12 and conceding just 2. In general, they’ve scored 50 goals in 14 games at the Ethiad Stadium, whilst having an average of 18.7 shots per game. Whatever happens on Sunday, you should expect Manchester City to score a fair few goals.
Chelsea
After taking the lead against Manchester United, it looked like Chelsea were back to their best. But a lack of concertation and defensive naivety meant United came back to win 2-1 and left the Blues four points off of Liverpool in 4th. Willian has been the form player for Antonio Conte’s side of late, and after goals against Barcelona and United, you wouldn’t back against the Brazilian scoring again against City.
Chelsea have only won one of their last five away games, losing 4-1 to Watford and drawing 0-0 to Everton in that run. They have beaten Tottenham and held Liverpool when playing away from Stamford Bridge this season, however, but they’ll struggle to stop the runaway train that is Manchester City on Sunday.
The Betting
You have to fancy City to score more goals on Sunday – the form they’re in at the minute you’d back them to score against anyone in world footballer.
It’s a reasonably short price, but Manchester City to score 2 or more is 4/6 and I think that’s a banker. Chelsea have conceded 2 or more away at Crystal Palace and Watford this season, so Pep Guardiola’s side shouldn’t have any problem in doing so.
I also like the look of Leroy Sane to get man of the match at 9/2 with Betfred. He should have fun attacking Chelsea’s wing-backs and, like I said previously, he’s in incredible form at the moment.
