Your bet can be any single but needs to be at odds of Evens or above with Bet365. Only one entry per person / per email address (we will check IP addresses for people placing multiple entries).
The competition is open until 23:59 on Monday 15th December. Just post your bet in the comments section below. You must also quote the odds of your selection from Bet365 otherwise your entry will not count. So a sample entry would look something like this;
