CHELSEA welcome Sevilla to Stamford Bridge on Tuesday in the Champions League. Daniel McCulloch (@DMcCulloch1984) shares his favourite fancies.

One thing you cannot deny is that Chelsea are an entertaining watch under Frank Lampard. In the 43 Premier League matches under his management, Chelsea matches have featured 145 goals at an average of 3.38.
This season they have managed to score three times on two occasions – against West Brom and Southampton – yet failed to win either. They have scored in four of their five league games this term and conceded in the same amount.
Their matches in the Champions League last season were also entertaining, with 28 goals scored across eight encounters, including a 4-4 draw with Ajax.
Lampard’s side face Sevilla at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night and I expect goals to be on the agenda again. While Sevilla matches in La Liga and the Europa League last season were hardly gung-ho affairs, I think they have enough attacking quality to cause a fragile Chelsea side plenty of problems.
Both Teams To Score is unsurprisingly well short of evens across the board but if you add the Over 2.5 Goals angle you can get 11/10 with William Hill. Such a bet has obliged in three of Chelsea’s five league games this season and also did the business in five of their eight Champions League games last term, as well as 20 of their 38 domestic top-flight matches in their last campaign.
I did consider backing Timo Werner in a goals bet as well but think I will keep it simple and just go for BTTS and Over 2.5 Goals.
