AFTER his “bet of the season” was a winner last week, what’s Willie Duncan (@Willie_Duncan) got in store for us this week?

Raith v Livingston | Saturday 15:00

John McGlynn’s Livingston side don’t have to seek out troubles at the moment. It’s coming straight at them. Livi are in a desperate mess on and off the field just now with a fine, a points deduction and awful form hanging over them just now. Indeed Livingston have picked up just two points from their last nine league games.

On Saturday they travel to Kirkcaldy to face Raith and will be buoyed by the fact their opponents seem to be in equally poor form just now. Rovers have won just one of their last eight league fixtures, but dig a little deeper and it makes sense.

Grant Murray’s men have faced tough opposition in Rangers, Hearts, Hibs and Queen Of The South (twice) within that eight game run. Frankly, it doesn’t get much tougher than that in the Scottish Championship.

I think Raith can be trusted to pick up three points here at the weekend. They’re on home soil and they’re facing a Livingston side who look to have given up with any survival quest this season.

Skybet’s Evens quote for Raith to win is far too generous and I’ll be rowing in with Rovers for sure this Saturday afternoon. Put your faith in Raith!
