My selection this week arrives from Scotland’s League One as Montrose host Dumbarton. I’m going goal-chasing as both sides have been involved in plenty of high-scoring encounters in recent weeks.
Neither side are in good form this season, sitting second-bottom and rock-bottom in the table, with the pair conceding an average of two goals per-game each thus far.
Montrose have seen seven of their 11 league outings feature Over 2.5 Goals with four seeing four or more goals scored.
In recent weeks, six of Montrose’s last seven have gone Over 2.5 Goals with the hosts failing to keep a clean sheet.
