The Shadwell Dick Poole fillies stakes is a group 3 over 6 furlongs and the highlight of Thursday’s card. Some promising juvenile fillies line up with most of these open to any mount of improvement, but I’m backing a last time out winner who I think could be quite smart.
Yourtimeisnow (13/2 BetVictor) broke her maiden last time out and she strikes me as a filly with a good future ahead of her. She shaped well on debut at Newmarket before running below par at Goodwood when everything went wrong.
Last time out she looked a lot more professional aside from being a bit wayward from the stalls. She showed a lot of pace. The filly easily beat an odds on favourite who is well regarded and if she shows natural improvement (which I expect) then I expect her to go close. I’m backing Yourtimeisnow to win this at 13/2 with BetVictor.
